Located in the heart of St. John's, we are a collective of independent wellness practitioners offering Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, holistic skin care and more, all under one roof!

Our philosophy lies in a holistic approach to well being - that the body and mind are not just connected, they are one. We aim to help you create a healthy, more balanced lifestyle by carefully listening to your needs and working with you to develop a treatment plan which best suits your long term goals. With education and home care, we take pride in helping you achieve a more active role in your health so that you obtain maximum benefit from your treatments - both on and off the treatment table.

Our Story
One Wellness was founded by me, Allison Woolridge, in 2017. At that time, I had been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years in a variety of clinical and spa type settings but I never seemed to be able to find a place I could stay long term without reaching a state of total burnout. The trouble with all the clinics I had worked at was that commission splits were low, and in order to make a decent living I had to treat an unsustainable amount of clientele. This left me feeling tired, unmotivated, in physical discomfort, and above all, frustrated with this career that I loved, that was supposed to give me freedom and balance. I didn't feel free at all.

That's when the idea to create One Wellness popped in my mind. I really wanted to create a space where therapists could truly work for themselves, in an empowering setting that would motivate them and affirm why they became therapists in the first place. I knew that not all therapists had access to the resources needed to start a business from scratch, so I thought, what if I laid the ground work for them and made it more accessible?
One Wellness was built. A beautiful clinic made up of suites that therapists could rent for a reasonable flat fee each month. All the basics would be provided for them so they could focus on building sustainable, joy filled practices with flexibility that could allow them to earn more by actually working less.
One Wellness is a space that is about empowerment, abundance and flow because I believe that this leads practitioners to be the best they can for their patients and in the end, that's what its about - giving the best care we are capable of. I am extremely proud of all the wonderful practitioners who have made One Wellness their home. I believe that we have some of the absolute best service providers that this province has to offer and you'll be hard pressed to find a better experience than the one you have with us at One Wellness.
